Tokenized Green is a tokenization platform that allows anyone to invest from 50€ in sustainable real estate projects and renewable energy projects.
Anyone of legal age, anywhere in the world, who registers and validates their identity (by filling out the KYC form), can invest in Tokenized Green.

We focus exclusively on sustainable real estate and photovoltaic projects for industrial self-consumption that generate a positive impact on society and the environment.
The volatility of the energy market does not impact Tokenized Green investors who participate in photovoltaic projects for industrial self-consumption due to signed PPAs agreements. This implies that the expected revenues during the duration of the contract are known in a predictable manner, thus eliminating the risk associated with the energy market.
A PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) is an agreement for the purchase and sale of long-term clean energy from a specific asset and at a fixed price between a renewable developer and a consumer.
Thanks to the PPA and the use of renewable energy in their facilities, consumer agents reduce their ecological footprint in the environment. In fact, thanks to our working methodology, this translates into significant initial cost savings by avoiding investment in the installation of photovoltaic panels.
It should be noted that Tokenized Green performs a very demanding risk analysis process, as well as the registration of guarantees.
Tokenized Green complies with all regulations related to the regulation of this type of investment.
Although the risk is mitigated to the maximum, the user should know that like any investment, there is a risk associated with it.
The risk scale we offer should be an indicative tool that helps the investor in their decision, but it should not be seen as a guarantee of the safety of the capital invested.
Our team is responsible for selecting and filtering the projects that make sense to finance by modality and compliance with our sustainability criteria.
Subsequently, our internal investment committee and three external analysts are responsible for analyzing the following points and only with the approval of all the analysis bodies in all areas is the publication of a project on the platform approved.
- Promoter evaluation: Risk rating, solvency and relationship with banking institutions.
- Marketing: Sales prices, alignment with the present and future market, levels of reserves, etc...
- Evaluation of works: We validate that construction costs are reasonable and we include monitoring processes to control them.
- Guarantees: Possibility to register guarantees.
Investors can check the evolution of their investments within their personal dashboard within the platform. The average return we offer to our investors is between 7-13% per year. The returns received by the investor are commission free.
All payments are distributed on a monthly basis in the case of industrial self-consumption projects or on a quarterly basis or at the end of the project, in the case of real estate projects depending on the strategy being followed. Payments can be claimed from your bank or reinvested in subsequent projects that we are financing. When the investor claims their balance sheet from the platform, Tokenized Green proceeds to carry out the relevant tax withholding, eliminating tax obstacles for the investor.
If we speak from a legal framework, the investor buys a financial product that is a convertible participatory loan. This participatory loan is “tokenized” and the investor obtains it once he invests in the project. This contract details all the guarantees provided to the investor, giving him full economic rights to the project in which he invests. In other words, all the profits generated are distributed among the investors of each project.
In order to invest, it is necessary for the user to create a personal account within the platform. In order to create it, you will have to pass the KYC and AML procedures. Once you are accredited by the company as an investor, you will be able to have all the complete information on the projects. Within the platform, you can choose the project that best suits your interests. Within the project, you only have to go to the “invest now” button, to be able to make an investment starting at just 50€.
You can make the investment both with Fiat through a bank transfer, and with cryptocurrency. Without geographical barriers, you can invest from anywhere in the world. Depending on the payment method used by the investor, the investor must bear the corresponding management costs.
If the project is still in the “open” status, you can invest as many times as you want with no limit on the minimum investment amount (usually 50€).
Note that if you invest multiple times in a single project, your invested capital will be added to a single mutual contract.
If the project is 100% funded, you may be able to invest in the project if an investor is willing to sell their investment on the Marketplace.
Yes, it is possible to invest from a company. To do this, you must contact us through the Contact page, and indicate the project open to investment in which you want to invest and the amount.
We will then require certain information to complete the KYB (Know Your Business) process.
Thanks to the technology we use, your investment is now much more liquid. Right now, if you want to get rid of your investment, you should write to the Contact page, or send an email to contacto@tokenizedgreen.es and indicate your name, surname and the investment you want to get rid of. We will broker to transfer your investment to an interested party.
For the time being, we will use this method until the automated P2P method and the Liquidity Pool are developed in a few months.
It is possible that sometimes you will be late for a project and when you want to invest, the funding has been completed. In this case, don't worry, write to us on the Contact page or through the email contacto@tokenizedgreen.es telling us the project you would like to invest in and the amount.
We will broker with a user who wants to get rid of their investment so that you can access it.
A promoter is the owner of a project. These are projects that propose a profitable scenario for both parties. Developers are owners of buildings, infrastructures or simply entrepreneurs who seek to develop and launch a sustainable project.
Sign up as a promoter on the Tokenized Green page and click “Get Funded”. Then, submit your request by filling in the required data. Our team will carefully evaluate the request and will contact you as soon as possible with a possible collaboration proposal.
The number of jobs created by a project funded through the Tokenized Green platform refers to the new hires planned in the sponsoring organization as a result of the funding of the project.
In certain cases, this metric can include jobs that can be maintained thanks to funding, if they wouldn't exist otherwise. Of course. Let's consider a sustainable real estate project with an estimated duration of 24 months. During this time, the project is expected to generate around 30 jobs. The indicator of jobs created is one of our main impact indicators.
Every time you invest in a project related to this indicator, it will appear in your portfolio in the area dedicated to measuring impacts. Until this feature is fully implemented in the portfolio, you will receive a PDF with your investment details.
In Tokenized Green, the amount of green energy generated refers to the annual MWh produced by the installation of a photovoltaic plant or other renewable energy source financed by a project. This amount is based on the technical information of each project and varies depending on the power (kW) installed. For example, an industrial photovoltaic self-consumption project with a power of 350 kW can generate more than 980 MWh each year. According to the Consumer and User Organization (OCU), this amount of energy is enough to supply 98.77 Spanish homes for one year. The indicator of clean energy generated is one of our main impact indicators. Every time you invest in a project related to this indicator, it will appear in your portfolio and on the project page, in the area dedicated to impact measurement.
All our projects have a positive impact on society and the environment. We promote both sustainable real estate projects and renewable energy projects.
Renewable Energy Projects: For renewable energy projects, we use the fixed value of the first year of operation (marginal user method) to estimate the annual production of the installed panels (kWh). We consider this energy to be clean, since it is produced through the sun instead of fossil fuels.
Sustainable Real Estate Projects: For sustainable real estate projects, we calculate energy savings from efficient and sustainable construction methods. This includes the use of scarce resources and the implementation of constructive circular economy methods. In addition, we converted this savings into CO2 using data from an external sustainability certifying agent.
For both types of projects, we convert energy to CO2 according to the network's carbon intensity. According to the Spanish electricity grid report published by the CNMC, the carbon intensity is 260g CO2/kWh for the year 2023. You can view this information in several ways:

Investor Profile: Check how many CO2 emissions have been avoided through the projects in which you have invested. This option will be available in your profile once enabled, and until then, this indicator will appear in the PDF report of your investment.
Each tree species is native to a certain region and has specific properties that influence the amount of CO2 it can absorb.
In general, trees that grow tall and strong, as well as older trees, absorb most of the CO2.
For example, a young tree absorbs an average of 5.9 kg of CO2 per year, while a 10-year-old tree can absorb up to 22 kg of CO2 per year. To harmonize our communication and impact measurement, we assume that a tree absorbs 22 kg of CO2 per year.
All our projects undergo an internal analysis in accordance with company policy, where we evaluate if a project or promoter is aligned with our sustainability criteria and if they align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Each project will go through a scoring system designed by Tokenized Green. This system will qualify projects based on different criteria. The criteria that add up points are the CO2 reductions, the geographical area, the direct and indirect employment generated, the inclusion of certain groups, the green energy generated, the use of circular economy methodology, etc.
Our definition and objectives for sustainable development are aligned with the Objectives of the United Nations:”Development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs”.
