Once the information required by our team has been analyzed, we will approve project funding as long as the project meets our criteria of economic viability and sustainability.
After a period of negotiation of the agreement, the due diligence of the project is closed and our legal team will be responsible for creating the optimal structure for the project.
The project is published on the platform and is open to funding. A minimum of funding raised by which the project continues and a maximum to be financed is established.
Once the funds have been raised, they will be used for the project phase agreed upon in the due diligence.
In order to provide as much transparency as possible, we closely monitor funded projects and require monthly information on the progress made.
