1.3. Mandate contract
The User registered as an Investor can make participatory investments in Tokenized Green promotions. To do this, you must provide your financial data for payment, interacting with your Polygon account, debit/credit card or bank transfer, as well as other data necessary to complete the investment mandate contract. The legal basis for the processing of such data is based on the execution of a mandate contract. The data retention period will be adequate to comply with contractual obligations and, in any case, up to five more years for tax purposes and to cover possible liabilities, unless other periods apply.

The User can, if they wish, provide their identification data and their email address to subscribe to existing news, promotions and notifications on Tokenized Green, to periodically receive communications on their email or mobile device (if applicable).
