After the success achieved with the funding of more than 135,000€ of the Bosc del Maresme Project, achieved in less than 3 weeks, Tokenized Green launches a new Phase II together with the promoter of the Valgreen project.
Valgreen, a leading Spanish company specialized in sustainable real estate development, is the promoter of this project. The Valgreen team is comprised of specialists with extensive experience in the sector, who are pioneers in innovation and in the development of a passive and sustainable approach to their buildings. After the success of its first promotion of 12 eco-homes on Calle Pablo Picasso 31, Dosrius, completely sold since the summer of 2023, Valgreen is now starting the second phase of the project. This new development includes 22 eco-homes and two offices, located on the plot next to the one in the first development, on plot 27-29.
This new promotion takes place in Bosc del Maresme, specifically in the town of Dosrius, located 35 km from Barcelona surrounded by woods in a rural environment and just 15 minutes from the sea and Mataró and Granollers. Surrounded by forests, the area offers rural and traditional local attractions and promotes physical activity, strengthening contact with nature, prioritizing the concept of slow life and encouraging community life. Thus, the project seeks to promote local and sustainable values in the area.
